\n<\/span>Our designs can be customised according to the variety, quantity required and the needs of the client.<\/span>For cherries and blueberries, we can offer a new, extremely hi-tech\u00a0<\/span>classification system<\/b>, which efficiently and delicately views the surface of every piece of fruit, thus avoiding human error and unnecessary waste.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Upon request, the processing line can include other, fully automatic technological devices, to carry out procedures such as\u00a0<\/span>emptying\/filling of bins with or without water<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>labelling<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>case filling<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>weighing<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>washing<\/b>. All the systems used in the calibration lines are\u00a0<\/span>patented<\/b>. The brushing and aligning systems operate very gently in order to ensure that the fruit is not damaged. The\u00a0<\/span>lubrication of the chains<\/b>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/span>washing of the rollers<\/b>\u00a0are also fully\u00a0<\/span>automatic operations<\/b>. The calibration lines can be integrated with a packing system and automatic pallet loading to take you up to the final stage of processing.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Corrugated cardboard or recycled plastic packaging that is ideal for packing fruit, keeping it protected, intact and fresh.<\/span>Automatic pallet loading<\/b><\/p>\n

The automatic pallet loaders enable the\u00a0<\/span>palletization of different types of crate<\/b>. The pallet loading technology is directly connected to the packaging phase and allows the crates to be transferred onto a roller conveyor which stacks them using a a gripper with self-centering sides, guaranteeing a\u00a0<\/span>safe and secure grip on crates.\u00a0<\/b>The systems are constructed with sturdy uprights which accommodate the self-centering crate gripper.\u00a0Each machine is equipped with a touchscreen control panel which facilitates the operator\u2019s tasks in the various phases of processing and programming.<\/span>Manual pallet loading<\/b><\/p>\n
