\n<\/span>Our objective is to spread agronomic know-how in order to help farms improve their skilled management of intensive orchards and to actively contribute to the development of the fruit growing sector.<\/span>
\n<\/span>The group courses in agronomic training are held a tour headquarters by\u00a0<\/span>university lecturers<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>expert agronomists<\/b>.\u00a0They include a theory section, held in the classroom, and a practical part, which takes place at nurseries, Global Cap certified farms and experimental fields, where trainees can practice their pruning skills.<\/span>
\n<\/span>The courses on offer cover the\u00a0<\/span>planning of intensive orchards<\/b>, the\u00a0<\/span>main diseases among fruit growing plants<\/b>, the\u00a0<\/span>water management<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>pruning techniques<\/b>\u00a0for different varieties, how to\u00a0<\/span>select quality plants<\/b>, the correct\u00a0<\/span>use of sprayers<\/b>\u00a0and the best way to\u00a0<\/span>harvest and store fruit<\/b>\u00a0among other topics.<\/span><\/p>\n
