I – Why this notice:

This page describes how to manage the Advice&Consulting website with reference to (i) the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it and (ii) the functioning of the cookies installed by the website itself.

This is a disclosure pursuant to art. 13 of GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, European Regulation on the protection of personal data) to all users who interact with web services, accessible electronically starting from the addresses: /

The information is provided solely and exclusively for the aforementioned website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user also via links on the pages of Advice & Consulting.

The information is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the working group established pursuant to art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / CE, adopted May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of online personal data, and in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

II – Data Controller

The company Advice&Consulting, with registered office in Medicina (Bologna), 40059, Via della Cooperazione 19, C.F. and VAT number 03536431202 (hereinafter the “Data Controller”) is the data controller that guarantees compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data by providing the following information about the processing of data freely communicated by you (Interested) in the course browsing on this site.

III – Data processed, purpose of processing and mandatory provision

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site automatically acquire certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This data (such as domain names, operating system used, type of browser device used for connection) is not accompanied by any additional personal information and is used exclusively for:

(i) to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site;

(ii) manage the need to control the methods of use of the same;

(iii) ascertain responsibility at the request of the judicial authority in the event of hypothetical computer crimes;

(iv) improve the user experience in browsing our sites.

Websites therefore do not use profiling cookies to detect behaviors associated with IP or other information that can be combined with the owner (the person) who uses them. Only technical cookies are used to improve navigation and usability.

The legal basis that legitimates the processing of such data is the need to make the site functionalities usable and to guarantee an adequate usability of the same.

Personal data

The only personal data collected are those provided voluntarily and directly by the user through explicit forms and processed for the following purposes:

Please note that for the provision and management of the newsletter service, Advice&Consulting uses the service offered by MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means St. Suite 404, 30318, Atlanta, Georgia) and therefore the registration data the newsletter is stored – for the sole purpose of storing and managing the sending of e-mail messages – on the MailChimp servers located in the United States. It is specified, however, that the company that owns Mailchimp:

– has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework;

– operates on the basis of a specific Data Processing Agreement with the Data Controller;

– the data transferred to the USA will be processed and not transferred to The Rocket Science Group, LLC which, therefore, will act as external manager of the processing.

IV – Processing methods and data storage times

The processing of your data is done in a computerized manner, even if it is not possible to exclude potential treatments on paper. The data collected through the website forms will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your requests. In the event that there are regulations that require more time for storing the data collected, this legislation will be respected. The cookie data will be stored for the period of time set for each individual cookie.

With particular regard to the Newsletter service, the data you provide (email address) will be processed as long as you have given your consent. V- Communication, dissemination and transfer of data to third countries

Your data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties. The data you have provided will not be transferred to non-EU third countries.

VI – Rights of the interested party and how to exercise the rights

As an interested party, Advice&Consulting S.r.l. is required to inform you of your rights pursuant to art. 15 GDPR. In particular, at any time in your capacity as an interested party you also have the right to access your data, oppose the processing, request the cancellation, modification or updating of all personal information collected by the Owner, exercising the right to limitation of processing and the right to data portability, by sending an e-mail to the address

The interested party also has the possibility to lodge a complaint with the national Guarantor Authority, if he considers that his data have been illegitimately processed.
